Battalion is a Christ-centered youth program for young men in Junior and Senior High. Weekly meetings consist of a game time, Bible study,an occasional outdoor skills session, and weekend trips, which are scheduled roughly every six weeks, including backpacking, rock climbing & rappelling, caving, canoeing, and various service projects. Battalion also has men from your church to guide groups of teens through the acheivement program that helps grow them closer to God and equip them to become our leaders of tomorrow. Multiple life experiences, always shared through the lens of Scripture, give young people the framework they need to form a biblical worldview. Low man-to-boy ratios allow the young men to grow close to their adult leaders and each other, creating opportunities to instill Christian values. |
